摘    要:目的:研究哮喘时肺表面活性物质(pulmonary surfactant, PS)系统超微结构的变化。方法:运用电子显微镜组织化学方法,对哮喘豚鼠PS系统进行观察。结果:致敏豚鼠诱发哮喘后即可见PS层失去连续性,呈现断裂或堆积;肺泡Ⅱ型细胞内板层小体、线粒体空泡化,少数发生坏死并崩解、脱落进入肺泡腔。结论:PS系统损伤在哮喘发生发展中可能有重要的意义。

Abstract:Objective: To study the ultrastructure changes of PS system in asthma. Methods: The present study was designed to observe the ultrastructure of PS system in asthmatic guinea pig with electron microscope histochemistry. Results: Structure impairment of PS system was observed when asthma attacked. It showed that the alveolar lining layer was discontinuous, lamellar bodies and plasmosomes in type pneumonocytes vacuolated, and a few of them were even necrotized and disrupted into the alveolar space. Conclusion: The results indicates that the impairment of PS system might play an important role in pathogenesis of asthma.
