肝内胆管积气的超声诊断与鉴别诊断

目的探讨肝内胆管积气的超声图像特征及其鉴别诊断,减少误诊,提高诊断准确率。方法回顾性分析37例肝内胆管积气超声图像资料。分析其产生的原因,并与肝内胆管结石声像进行对比。结果肝内胆管积气特征为管腔内强光团、光带沿肝内胆管走行分布,呈局限性或串珠样排列,出现闪烁样回声,伴彗星尾征,体位改变见游走回声。结论超声对肝内胆管积气具有明确的诊断价值。

Ultrasonic Value in Diagnosis and Differential Diagnosis of Pneumobilia

Objective To explore the ultrasonic characteristics and differential diagnosis of pneumobilia, and to reduce misdiagnosis and improve accurate diagnosis of pneumobilia. Methods The ultrasonic data of 37 cases with pneumobilia were retrospectively analyzed and compared with intrahepatic bile duct stone. Results The ultrasonic characteristics of pneumobilia showed high echo balls along intrahepatic duct, with acoustic shadowing or comet like tail sign. The shape of the high echo balls was changed with the body position. Conclusion Ultrasound imaging has great value in the diagnosis of pneumobilia.
