中药白癜丸对小鼠的免疫调节作用

Effects of vitiligo pills on immunoregulation in mice

AIM : To observe the effects of vitiligo pi ll s, a Traditional Chinese Medicinal preparation, on the immune functions of mice. METHODS: Immune inhibitor was used to establish mouse models of low immune functions and different doses of vitiligo pills were given ip to m ake antagonistic experiments. RESULTS: Vitiligo could signific antly improve the percentage of ANAE positive cells of the low immune mice. The percentage of ANAE positive cells in dexamethasone group was (37 4 + 4 7)% and that in dexamethasone plus traditional Chinese medicine group was (53 8+ 6 4)%. There was a great difference between the two groups(P < 0 05).Vitiligo could markedly increase weight of thymuses of the immunit y-checked mice and markedly improve the hemolysin content of the mice with low i mmune functions caused by dexamethasone. The half hemolysin Hc50 in dexamethason e group was 18 4 + 3 1, and that in dexamethasone plus traditional Chinese med icine group was 27 6 + 4 7. There was a great difference between the two group s (P < 0 05). CONCLUSION: Vitiligo pills can regulate immune function disorder by enhancing the immunity.
