乌体林斯联合顺铂治疗恶性腹腔积液的疗效观察

目的评价乌体林斯联合顺铂(DDP)治疗恶性腹腔积液的临床效果。方法60例伴有大量腹腔积液的晚期癌症患者,随机分为两组,每组30例。沙培林 DDP组经导管腹腔内注入沙培林和DDP治疗,DDP组仅用DDP治疗。结果乌体林斯 DDP组完全缓解11例,部分缓解16例,有效率为90.9%,高于DDP组(63.3%)。乌体林斯 DDP组临床受益率为40.0%,高于DDP组(26.7%)。不良反应主要为发热、恶心、呕吐,患者可耐受。结论乌体林斯联合DDP治疗恶性腹腔积液疗效明显,不良反应轻,具有一定的临床医用价值。

Mycobacterium phleiF (utilin "s") and cisplatin for malignant peritoneal effusion

Objective To evaluate the effect of Group Mycobacterium phleiF.(utilin "s") combined with cisplatin on the malignant peritoneal effusion in patients with advanced cancer. Methods Sixty advanced cancer patients with large amount of peritoneal effusion were divided into two groups: utilin "s" cisplatin(DDP) group(30 patients) and control group(DDP alone,30 cases).All the chemotherapeutic agents were injected intraperitoneally through a catheter.Results In utilin "s" cisplatin(DDP) group,5(20.0%) patients showed CR and 13(52.0%) PR.The overall response rate(CR PR) was.72.0%.Those of DDP alone group were 8.0% and32.0%;the overall response rate was 40.0%.The main adverse effects were fever,nausea,and vomiting.Conclusions Combined Group Mycobacterium phleiF.(utilin "s") and cisplatin is more effective than cisplatin alone for the malignant peritoneal effusion in patients with advanced cancer,and the adverse effects are tolerable.
