| Abstract: | A 16-year-old boy presented with tonic-clonic seizure after he woke up early in the morning. He had experienced 5-6 episodes of syncope, fatigue, weakness and somnolence one year before admission. On admission, physicial examination was normal and first line laboratory tests were normal except capillary blood glucose which was 16 mg/dl. |
