| 摘 要： | 本文报告采用中西医结合的综合非手术疗法162例18～35岁年龄组颈椎病的治疗效果,总有效率为96.8％。对本病的病因病理,诊断标准,治疗和预防进行了分析,提出了颈椎病与颈椎间盘突出不同的解剖学基础,认为颈肩背软组织病变将导致颈椎病的发生,因此应积极地尽早采取综合的非手术治疗。

| Abstract: | This article evaluated the effect of treatment with combining traditional Chinese and Westren medicines for cervical spondylosis,the age ranging form 18 to 35. Total efficient rate was 96.8%.The cause of disease, pathology, criteria of diagnosis, treatment and prevntion were analysed.The different anatomical base of cervical spondylosis and herniation of cervical disc was proposed. We consider the lesion in soft tissuse of neck, shoulder back will cause cervical spondylosis.The combined treatment of non-operation should be used as early as possible. |
