摘    要:目的观察冠心病患者血浆硫化氢水平变化,探讨硫化氢在冠心病发病中的临床意义。方法选取冠心病患者45例,将其分为稳定型心绞痛组、不稳定型心绞痛组和心肌梗死组,各15例;选择健康体检者15名为对照组。血浆硫化氢检测采用分光光度法检测。结果冠心病患者组血浆硫化氢水平为(37.08+10.36)μmol/L低于对照组的(50.98+6.23)μmol/L(P<0.01);冠心病稳定型心绞痛、不稳定型心绞痛组和心肌梗死组血浆硫化氢水平分别为(47.73±3.87)μmol/L、(37.38±4.60)μmol/L、(26.87±7.56)μmol/L,各组间均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论冠心病患者组血浆硫化氢水平与健康人对比相对较低,并与病变程度相关,而提示内源性硫化氢不足可能参与冠心病的病理过程。

Abstract:Objective To determine levels of plasma hydrogen sulfide(H_2S)in patients with coronary heart disease and to investigate the roles of H_2S in pathogenesis of coronary heart disease.Methods The 45 patients were randomly enrolled as study group and assigned into 3 subgroups according to stable angina pectoris(15)and unstable angina(15)and myocardial infarction(15).Control+group conclude 15 health persons.Concentrations of plasma H_2S were determined by spectrometer,Obtaimed data were proeessed by statistical methods which conclude student T test,F test.Results(1)The levels of H_2S in patients with coronary heart disease(37.08±10.36μmol/L)were significantly reduced than that of normal controls(50.98±6.23μmol/L,P<0.01);(2)The concentrations of plasma H_2S in 3 subgroups were 47.73±3.87μmol/L, 37.38±4.60μmol/L,26.87±7,56μmol/L respectively.There were significant differences among the sub groups(P<0.01).Conclusion The concentrations of plasma H_2S are lower in patients with coronary heart disease,and there is negative correlation between H_2S level and the condition of coronary heart disease.The study indicates that the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease could be involved by the short of endogenous H_2S.
