中医教育在欧洲的现状及思考

中医教育在欧洲已逐渐由早期的普及、实用需求向成熟期发展,进入规范、提高阶段,中医正规教育、高层次教育开始引起各国重视,出现了联合、跨国的新形式.中医教育在欧洲具有多样性、灵活性、实用性等特点.但同时存在缺乏高素质的教师队伍、必要的临床实习基地和缺乏规范系统、针对性强的教学计划和教材等问题,学员的整体素质也参差不齐,教育资源分散,缺乏合力以及很难融入欧洲正规医学教育体系等.应加大国际中医药学术交流力度,扩大中医药在欧洲的影响,系统全面研究欧洲中医发展状况,探求中医教育在欧洲发展的特点和规律;同时加强中医药对外教育人才的培养和以临床实习为主的对外教育基地建设等,推动中医教育在欧洲的全面发展.

Present situation of Chinese medicine education in Europe together with considerations

Chinese medicine education in Europe has experienced early dissemination and practical requirement periods. It is now coming into the stage of standard and higher level of education. It has been recognized and stressed in various countries. New forms of joint education and cross-country education have emerged. Chinese medicine education in Europe is characteristic of variety, flexibility and practicality. Meanwhile, there still exist such problems as shortage of high quality teaching staff, necessary clinical base and criterion system, teaching plans and teaching materials for particular programs, and uneven student qualities, separate teaching resources, as well as difficulty in melting into European normal medical education system. Thus we should further strengthen international academic exchange of Chinese medicine to expand influence of Chinese medicine in Europe and conduct a systematic and an all-round study of development of Chinese medicine in European countries to find out the characteristics and laws of developing Chinese medicine in Europe. In addition, reinforcing the nurturing of foreign oriented talents and constructing foreign oriented educational bases may also help promote entire development of Chinese medicine education in Europe.
