心电监护仪检测及质控的研究

摘    要:目的:通过对心电监护仪的质控工作,掌握在用监护仪性能现状,提高其使用的安全性和准确性。方法:采用Fluke专业的质控设备对监护仪各项指标进行检测。结果:总体合格率为59.65%,不合格指标中呼吸报警时间过长占的比重最大;合格率在各品牌型号间存在差异,且与使用年限成反比。结论:通过该次检测工作,基本掌握了在用监护设备的使用情况,为今后改进工作的开展打下了基础。

Abstract:Objective Through the quality control,to grasp the performance of ECG monitor and improve the security and accuracy.Methods Detect indicators of the monitor by Fluke's professional equipment.Results The total pass rate was 59.65%.Respiratory alarm too long was the largest proportion in failure indicators.There were differences between models and brands and was inversely proportion with the use of life.Conclusion By the detection,the ECG equipments are mastered to improve the future work.
