品管圈在提高不卧床患者尿常规及尿培养标本留取正确率中的应用效果

目的研究品管圈在提高不卧床患者尿常规及尿培养标本留取正确率中的应用效果。方法本科室于2018年1月开始实施品管圈活动,从品管圈活动实施前(2017年1月至12月)和实施后(2018年1月至12月)收治的不卧床患者中各抽选53例分别纳入对照组和研究组,比较两组尿液标本留取正确率、圈员成长情况、患者对标本留取的理解程度。结果研究组的尿液标本留取正确率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组圈员的品管圈手法应用、脑力开发、沟通协调能力、责任荣誉感、团队精神及对留取尿标本重视程度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者对标本留取理解的优良率为92.45%,高于对照组的79.25%(P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动的实施可以提高不卧床患者尿常规和尿培养标本留取正确率,并可促进相关工作人员的脑力开发及对品管圈手法的应用,利于提高其沟通协调能力、责任荣誉感、团队精神及对留取尿标本重视程度,同时完全掌握正确留取标本的方式可为检验结果的准确性提供前提保障。

Application effect of quality control circle in improving the correct rate of urine routine test and urine culture specimen retention in ambulatory patients

Objective To study the application effect of quality control circle in improving the correct rate of urine routine test and urine culture specimen retention in ambulatory patients.Methods Our department began to implement quality control circle activities in January 2018,and 53 patients were selected and included respectively into control group and study group from the ambulatory patients admitted before the implementation(January to December 2017)of the quality control circle activities and after the implementation(January to December 2018).The correct rate of urine specimen retention,the growth of circle members and the patients'understanding degree to specimen retention were compared between the two groups.Results The correct rate of urine specimen retention in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of application of quality control circle techniques,brain development,communication and coordination ability,sense of responsibility and honor,team spirit and the importance degree to urine specimen retention of circle members in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of patients'understanding with specimen retention in the study group was 92.45%,which was higher than 79.25%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of quality control circle activities can improve the correct rate of urine routine test and urine culture specimen retention in ambulatory patients,and can promote the brain development of relevant staff and the application of quality control circle techniques,which will help improve their communication and coordination ability,sense of responsibility and honor,team spirit and the importance degree to urine specimen retention,and at the same time fully grasping the correct method of specimen retention can provide a prerequisite guarantee for the accuracy of the test results.
