基于前馈控制的护理管理对产科消毒供应中心相关医院感染的预防效果

目的探讨基于前馈控制的护理管理对产科消毒供应中心相关医院感染的预防效果。方法选取2018年1月至2018年12月产科接收的400例产妇设为对照组,采用常规护理管理方式预防医院感染,另选取2019年1月至2019年12月产科接收的400例产妇设为观察组,在常规护理管理模式下实施基于前馈控制的护理管理。同时,两组分别采样经消毒供应中心处理的产科相关复用器具物品500件。比较两组医院感染的预防效果。结果观察组产妇消毒供应中心相关医院感染发生率为1.50%,低于对照组的4.25%(P<0.05)。观察组清洗、消毒、包装及发放合格率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组产妇住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。管理后,观察组消毒供应中心的管理质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于前馈控制的护理管理有助于提高消毒供应中心的工作质量,降低产科消毒供应中心相关医院感染的发生率,值得推广。

Preventive effect of nursing management based on feedforward control on central sterile supple department-related nosocomial infections in obstetric department

Objective To explore the preventive effect of nursing management based on feedforward control on central sterile supple department-related nosocomial infections in obstetric department.Methods A total of 400 puerpera received in the obstetric department from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected and set as control group,and the routine nursing management was used to prevent nosocomial infections.Another 400 cases of puerpera received in the obstetrics department from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected and set as observation group,and the nursing management based on feedforward control was implemented under the routine nursing management mode.At the same time,500 obstetric-related reuse equipment items processed by the central sterile supple department were sampled separately in the two groups.The prevention effect of nosocomial infection was compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of central sterile supple department-related nosocomial infection of puerpera in the observation group was 1.50%,which was lower than 4.25%in the control group(P<0.05).The qualified rate of cleaning,disinfection,packaging and distribution in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of puerpera in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After management,the management quality score of central sterile supple department in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing management based on feedforward control is helpful to improve the work quality of central sterile supple department,and reduce the incidence of central sterile supple department-related nosocomial infections in obstetric department,which is worthy of promotion.
