Abstract:Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of spectral CT imaging in the quantitative iodine density measurement of the arterial phase(AP)and portal phase(PP)of colorectal cancer.Methods According to the pathological results,30 patients with colorectal cancer were divided into two groups:one group was a low-grade group,including high and moderately differentiated cancers(n=21),and the other group was a high-grade group,including poorly differentiated cancers(n=9).The iodine density(ID)was obtained from the iodin-based material decomposition image,and standardized processing(taking the abdominal aorta or iliac artery iodine density at the same level as a reference)to obtain the normalized iodine density(NID).Analyze the difference of ID and NID between AP and PP.Results In the low-grade group,the ID value of AP was 15.43±2.7100μg/cm3,the NID value was 0.17±0.05,the ID value of the PP was 18.92±2.54100μg/cm3,and the NID value was 0.62±0.11.In the high-grade group,the ID value of the AP was 15.60±1.46100μg/cm3,the NID value was 0.15±0.01,the ID value of the PP was 18.09±1.67100μg/cm3,and the NID value was 0.43±0.06.the NID of the AP and the NID of the PP are significantly different(P<0.05).Use SPSS 22 to do ROC curve analysis:When the NID is 0.5015 in the portal phase(PP),the sensitivity to distinguish low-grade and high-grade is 85.7%,and the specificity is 88.9%.Conclusion One,The normalized iodine density(NID)in the arterial phase(AP)and portal phase(PP)can distinguish low-grade and high-grade colorectal cancer.Two,The normalized iodine density(NID)in the portal phase(PP)has the greatest diagnostic value.
