| 摘 要： | 目的探讨枣仁宁心胶囊对乳腺癌患者癌因性疲乏(CRF)及睡眠质量的影响。方法将90例乳腺癌CRF患者随机分为试验组(45例,口服枣仁宁心胶囊)与对照组(45例,口服安慰剂配方胶囊)。比较两组干预前、后的PFS-R、中医证候及PSQI评分。结果干预后,试验组的行为、情绪、感觉评分、PFS-R总分及中医证候评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,试验组的入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠障碍、日间功能障碍、睡眠质量评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论枣仁宁心胶囊可显著缓解乳腺癌患者的CRF,改善其睡眠状况及中医证候评分。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effects of Zaoren Ningxin capsule on cancer-related fatigue(CRF)and sleep quality in patients with breast cancer.Methods Ninety breast cancer patients with CRF were randomly divided into experimental group(45 cases,oral Zaoren Ningxin capsule)and control group(45 cases,oral placebo formula capsule).PFS-R,TCM symptom and PSQI scores before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of behavior,emotion,feeling,PFS-R total score and TCM symptom score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of sleep latency,sleep time,sleep disorder,daytime dysfunction and sleep quality of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zaoren Ningxin capsule can relieve the CRF of patients with breast cancer,and improve sleep status and TCM symptom score. |
