三维适形放疗技术在局部中低位直肠癌患者中的应用效果及对免疫功能的影响

摘    要:目的探讨三维适形放疗技术(3D-CRT)在局部中低位直肠癌患者中的应用效果及对免疫功能的影响。方法将100例局部中低位直肠癌患者按不同治疗方法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组患者在接受全直肠系膜切除术(TME)前予以常规放化疗,观察组TME前予以3D-CRT。比较两组的临床疗效、免疫功能指标及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为86.00%,高于对照组的68.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组CD3^+、CD4^+均升高,CD8^+均降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论3D-CRT治疗局部中低位直肠癌疗效肯定,可改善患者的免疫功能,且不增加不良反应。

Application effect of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy in patients with local low-to-medium rectal cancer and its influence on immune function

Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy(3D-CRT)in patients with local low-to-medium rectal cancer and its influence on immune function.Methods A total of 100 patients with local low-to-medium rectal cancer were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received conventional radiotherapy and chemotherapy before total mesorectal excision(TME),while the observation group received 3D-CRT before TME.The clinical efficacy,immune function indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 86.00%,which was higher than 68.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,CD3+and CD4+increased and CD8^+decreased in both groups,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the incidences of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion 3D-CRT is effective in the treatment of local low-to-medium rectal cancer,and it can improve the immune function of patients,without increasing adverse reactions.
