PDCA循环在降低新生儿全肠外营养液调配差错发生率中的应用

目的探讨PDCA循环在降低新生儿全肠外营养液(TPN)调配差错发生率中的应用。方法运用PDCA循环管理方法,统计我院2019年7月至9月新生儿科2个病区TPN集中调配各个阶段的错误进行分析并拟订改进措施,以调配差错发生率、临床科室满意度为衡量标准,对比实施PDCA循环前后的结果。结果PDCA循环实施后,我院新生儿TPN调配差错发生率明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);PDCA循环实施后,临床对PIVAS的满意度明显提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过PDCA循环,我中心形成了标准化的有效措施,保障了新生儿TPN的安全性和有效性。

Application of PDCA circulation in reducing the incidence of errors in the admixture of neonatal total parenteral nutrition

Objective To investigate the application of PDCA circulation in reducing the incidence of errors in the admixture of neonatal total parenteral nutrition(TPN).Methods The PDCA cycle management method was used to analyze the errors of TPN centralized allocation in two wards of neonatdogy department of our hospital from July to September 2019,and the improvement measures were formulated.The occurrence rate of error events and satisfaction rate of clinical administrative offices were used as the measurement standard,and the results before and after the implementation of PDCA circulation were compared.Results After the implementation of PDCA circulation,the incidence of TPN allocation error in neonates of our hospital significantly reduced,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after the implementation of PDCA circulation,the clinical satisfaction with PIVAS significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The standardized and effective measures were formulated in our center through adopting PDCA circulation,which ensured the safety and effectiveness of neonatal TPN.
