高压氧联合瑞舒伐他汀对老年急性心肌梗死患者心功能和自主神经功能的影响

目的探讨高压氧联合瑞舒伐他汀对老年急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者心功能和自主神经功能的影响。方法选取2016年10月至2019年10月我院收治的120例老年AMI患者,根据治疗方案将其分为对照组和联合组,各60例。对照组给予瑞舒伐他汀,联合组在对照组基础上加用高压氧。比较两组的临床疗效、心功能指标、自主神经功能指标及不良反应发生情况。结果联合组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的LVESD均减小,LVEF、LVMI、SDNN、pNN50、rMSSD均升高,且联合组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高压氧联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗老年AMI患者,可改善患者的心功能与自主神经功能,疗效显著,且安全性高。

Effects of hyperbaric oxygen combined with rosuvastatin on cardiac function and autonomic nerve function in elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction

Objective To explore the effects of hyperbaric oxygen combined with rosuvastatin on cardiac function and autonomic nerve function in elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods One hundred and twenty elderly patients with AMI admitted in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2019 were selected and divided into control group and combination group according to the treatment plan,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given rosuvastatin,and the combination group was given hyperbaric oxygen on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,cardiac function indexes,autonomic nerve function indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the combination group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,LVESD of the two groups decreased,LVEF,LVMI,SDNN,pNN50 and rMSSD increased,and those of the combination group were better than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen combined with rosuvastatin in the treatment of elderly patients with AMI can improve the cardiac function and autonomic nerve function of patients,with significant curative effect and high safety.
