Clinical Effect Observation of Salmeterol Xinafoate and Fluticasone Propionate Powder for Inhalation and Montelukast on Asthma

Objective To investigate the effect of salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation combined with montelukast in patients with asthma.Methods 87 patients with Bronchial asthma admitted from May 1st,2019 to May 1st,2020 were divided into the control group(salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation)and the observation group(salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation combined with montelukast)according to different treatment.The clinical effect,lung function changes and immune function markers of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group;the improvement in lung function and the immune function markers in the observation group are superior to that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of combination of salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation and montelukast in bronchial asthma is superior to salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation alone.
