个性化护理在PICC置管新生儿中的应用效果

目的探讨个性化护理在新生儿经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)置管期间的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月我院出生的80例需PICC置管的新生儿,根据入院时间将其分为对照组(2018年1月至2018年12月,常规护理)和研究组(2019年1月至2019年12月,个性化护理),各40例。比较两组的护理效果。结果研究组的置管时间、出血量、一次穿刺成功率、护理风险事件总发生率、家属的护理满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组的NIPS、EDIN、生活质量评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论个性化护理应用于PICC置管新生儿中可获得较好的效果,降低风险事件发生率,缓解疼痛,提高患儿舒适度、生活质量及家属的护理满意度。

Application effect of individualized nursing in neonates with PICC catheterization

Objective To explore the application effect of individualized nursing in neonates with peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)catheterization.Methods Eighty neonates who were born and needed PICC catheterization in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected.According to the admission time,the neonates were divided into control group(from January 2018 to December 2018,routine nursing)and study group(from January 2019 to December2019,individualized nursing),with 40 cases in each group.The nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results The catheterization time,blood loss volume,one-time puncture success rate,total incidence of nursing risk events and nursing satisfaction of family members in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of NIPS,EDIN and quality of life in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized nursing for neonates with PICC catheterization has a better effect,it can reduce the incidence of risk events,relieve pain,improve comfort,quality of life and family members’satisfaction on nursing.
