Analysis and Countermeasures of the current situation of drug damage reported in our hospital emergency vehicles

Objective:To optimize the drug management of emergency vehicles,reduce the loss and reduce the loss through the statistical analysis of the drug loss data of emergency vehicles in hospitals.Methods:The data of drug loss report of hospital emergency vehicle from January 2018 to June 2019 were collected,and the reasons,amount and quantity of drug loss report were analyzed.Results:From January 2018 to June 2019,a total of 5389 damaged drugs were reported for 61 first-aid vehicles in the hospital,including 5252 damaged drugs in the near term of validity.Other reasons include unclear drug identification and drug damage.Conclusion:Only the scientific and standardized management and layout of the first aid vehicle drugs can achieve the optimal use of the first aid vehicle and reduce the drug consumption.
