| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical effect of 5-hydroxytryptamine 3(5-HT3)receptor antagonist combined with Kangfuxin liquid in the prevention and treatment of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting(CINV)after breast cancer surgery.Methods The clinical data of 60 patients undergoing modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer were retrospectively analyzed.Combined with the pathological stage,all patients underwent postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy.According to the different ways of prevention and treatment of CINV,the patients were divided into control group and study group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with palonosetron,and the study group was treated with Kangfuxin liquid on the basis of the control group.The clinical treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results At 0-24 h and 2-7 d after chemotherapy,the effective control rates of nausea and vomiting in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion 5-HT3 receptor antagonist combined with Kangfuxin liquid in the prevention and treatment of CINV after breast cancer surgery has a significant effect,which can effectively alleviate the nausea and vomiting of patients. |
