Clinical Effect of Lung Rehabilitation Therapy in Patients With Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective To investigate the effect of lung rehabilitation on lung function and blood gas indexes in patients with moderate to severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease during stable phase.Methods A total of 82 patients with stable disease of moderate and severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease who were admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected as data.41 patients were randomly divided into groups.The control group received routine treatment.The observation group increased lung Rehabilitation treatment,to determine the changes in lung function and blood gas indexes of patients before and after treatment.Results After treatment,PaO2 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and PaCO2 was lower than the control group,which was statistically significant,P<0.05.After treatment,FEV1/FVC and FEV1%Pre of the observation group improved significantly,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The implementation of lung rehabilitation treatment measures for patients with moderate to severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the stable period can promote the improvement of blood gas indexes,enhance lung function,and facilitate the improvement of the condition.
