Application effect of TCM syndrome differentiation nursing combined with rehabilitation nursing in patients with ischemic stroke in recovery period

Objective To explore the application effect of TCM syndrome differentiation nursing combined with rehabilitation nursing in patients with ischemic stroke in recovery period.Methods From October 2018 to August 2019,180 patients with ischemic stroke in recovery period admitted in our hospital were selected and divided into control group(85 cases)and observation group(95 cases)according to the admission time.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given TCM syndrome differentiation nursing combined with rehabilitation nursing.The scores of anxiety,depression,limb function,neurological function,activities of daily living before and after intervention and the recurrence rate of 6 months after discharge were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of SAS,SDS and NIHSS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of FMA of upper and lower limbs and BI in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 6 months after discharge,the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM syndrome differentiation nursing combined with rehabilitation nursing can reduce the anxiety and depression of patients with ischemic stroke in recovery period,reduce the degree of neurological damage,promote the recovery of limb function of patients,improve the ability of daily life,and reduce the recurrence of prognosis.
