运脾化浊颗粒对代谢综合征患者内脏脂肪的影响

目的观察运脾化浊颗粒对代谢综合征(MS)患者内脏脂肪的影响。方法将符合临床研究要求的80例患者按照随机数字表分为对照组和观察组,各40例。两组均给予生活方式干预(包括健康教育、控制饮食、加强运动等),对照组给予口服二甲双胍,观察组给予运脾化浊颗粒。观察两组治疗前、后体重(W)、腰围(WC)、体重指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)、体脂率(BFR)、肝脾CT比值、内脏脂肪体积(VAV)、皮下脂肪体积(SAV)、内脏脂肪体积/皮下脂肪体积(VAV/SAV)及中医证候疗效。结果治疗后,两组的W、WC、BMI、WHR、BFR、VAV、SAV、VAV/SAV均较治疗前降低,肝脾CT比值较治疗前升高(P<0.05);观察组W、WC、BMI、WHR低于对照组,肝脾CT比值高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的显效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论运脾化浊颗粒治疗可改善MS内脏脂肪等指标,体现出一定的临床价值。

Effect of Yunpi Huazhuo granule on visceral fat in patients with metabolic syndrome

Objective To observe the effect of Yunpi Huazhuo granule on visceral fat in patients with metabolic syndrome(MS).Methods According to the random number table,80 patients who met the requirements of clinical study were divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were given lifestyle intervention(including health education,diet control,exercise,etc).The control group was given metformin orally,and the observation group was given Yunpi Huazhuo granule.The body weight(W),waist circumference(WC),body mass index(BMI),waist-hip ratio(WHR),body fat rate(BFR),CT ratio of liver and spleen,visceral fat volume(VAV),subcutaneous fat volume(SAV),visceral fat volume/subcutaneous fat volume(VAV/SAV)before and after treatment and curative effect of TCM syndrome were observed.Results After treatment,W,WC,BMI,WHR,BFR,VAV,SAV and VAV/SAV in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the CT ratio of liver and spleen was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05);the W,WC,BMI,WHR of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the CT ratio of liver and spleen was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yunpi Huazhuo granule can improve the visceral fat and other indicators of MS,reflecting a certain clinical value.
