大剂量普通维生素D和活性维生素D治疗甲状旁腺功能减退症的有效性和安全性比较

目的比较大剂量普通维生素D和活性维生素D治疗甲状旁腺功能减退症的有效性和安全性。方法将60例甲状旁腺功能减退症患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组给予活性维生素D,观察组给予大剂量普通维生素D。比较两组的实验室指标、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组的血钙水平、钙磷乘积均升高,血磷、全段甲状旁腺激素水平均降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的治疗总有效率、不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论大剂量普通维生素D可显著改善甲状旁腺功能减退症患者的血钙、血磷水平,安全可靠。

Comparison of the efficacy and safety of high-dose common vitamin D and active vitamin D in the treatment of hypoparathyroidism

Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of high-dose common vitamin D and active vitamin D in the treatment of hypoparathyroidism.Methods A total of 60 patients with hypoparathyroidism were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given active vitamin D,and the observation group was given high-dose common vitamin D.The laboratory indexes,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the blood calcium level and calcium phosphorus product in the two groups increased,while the blood phosphorus and total parathyroid hormone levels decreased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the total effective rate of treatment and the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion High-dose common vitamin D can significantly improve the blood calcium and phosphorus levels of hypoparathyroidism patients,which is safe and reliable.
