秦息痛片联合甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿关节炎的临床效果及对血清IL-17、IL-6水平的影响

目的探讨秦息痛片联合甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)的临床效果及对血清IL-17、IL-6水平的影响。方法按照随机数表法将80例RA患者分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予甲氨蝶呤治疗,观察组给予甲氨蝶呤+秦息痛片治疗。比较两组的治疗效果,并对血清促炎因子与RA疾病活动度进行相关性分析。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为92.5%,明显高于对照组的72.5%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组关节压痛数、关节肿胀数、DAS28评分、ESR、CRP、血清IL-17、IL-6水平均显著降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析结果显示,RA患者血清IL-17、IL-6表达水平与DAS28评分呈显著正相关(P<0.001)。结论秦息痛片联合甲氨蝶呤治疗RA的临床效果显著,可明显改善患者临床症状,可能的内在机制为降低血清IL-17、IL-6的表达。

Clinical effect of Qinxitong tablets combined with methotrexate in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis and its influence on the levels of serum IL-17 and IL-6

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Qinxitong tablets combined with methotrexate in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA)and its influence on the levels of serum IL-17 and IL-6.Methods A total of 80 RA patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with methotrexate,and the observation group was treated with methotrexate and Qinxitong tablets.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared,and the correlation between serum pro-inflammatory factors and RA disease activity were analyzed.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.5%,which was significantly higher than 72.5%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the numbers of joint tenderness and joint swelling,DAS28 score,the levels of ESR,CRP,serum IL-17 and IL-6 in the two groups significantly decreased,and those of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the expression of IL-17 and IL-6 were positively correlated with DAS28 score(P<0.001).Conclusion Qinxitong tablets combined with methotrexate in the treatment of RA has a significant clinical effect,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients.The possible internal mechanism is to reduce the expression of serum IL-17 and IL-6.
