地诺前列酮栓、米索前列醇及缩宫素在足月胎膜早破患者中的应用效果比较

目的比较地诺前列酮栓、米索前列醇及缩宫素在足月胎膜早破患者中的应用效果。方法将我院收治的300例足月胎膜早破患者随机分为研究组(100例,米索前列醇)、观察组(100例,地诺前列酮栓)及对照组(100例,缩宫素)。比较三组的治疗效果。结果研究组与观察组的宫颈成熟率及阴道分娩率均高于对照组,剖宫产率及并发症总发生率均低于对照组,用药至临产时间、用药至分娩时间及总产程均短于对照组(P<0.05),但研究组与观察组的上述指标均无显著差异(P>0.05)。三组的各项Apgar评分及总分均无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论地诺前列酮栓及米索前列醇在足月胎膜早破患者中具有相近的治疗效果,二者促宫颈成熟的效果及引产效果均优于缩宫素,并发症发生率均低于缩宫素。

Comparison of application effects of dinoprostone suppository,misoprostol and oxytocin in patients with term premature rupture of membranes

Objective To compare the application effects of dinoprostone suppository,misoprostol and oxytocin in patients with term premature rupture of membranes.Methods A total of 300 patients with term premature rupture of membranes admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into study group(100 cases,misoprostol),observation group(100 cases,dinoprostone suppository)and control group(100 cases,oxytocin).The therapeutic effects of the three groups were compared.Results The cervical maturity rate and vaginal delivery rate of the study group and the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the cesarean section rate and the total incidence of complications were lower than those of the control group,the time from medication toparturition,the time from medication to delivery and the total labor process were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05),and there were no significant differences in above indexes between the study group and the observation group(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in Apgar scores and total score among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Dinoprostone suppository and misoprostol have similar treatment effect in patients with term premature rupture of membranes,both have better effects of promoting cervical ripening and inducing labor than oxytocin,and lower incidence of complications than oxytocin.
