眼科日间手术患者手术取消原因及对策

目的探讨眼科日间手术患者当日手术取消原因,提出对应改进措施,以降低手术取消率,减少医疗资源浪费,提高医疗质量。方法对2018年6月至2019年6月的585例次眼科日间手术当日临时取消患者进行回顾性研究及相关原因分析。结果眼科日间手术当日手术取消率为3.97%。按病种分,白内障450例(76.92%),斜视76例(12.99%),糖尿病性视网膜病变25例(4.27%),视网膜中央静脉阻塞17例(2.91%),年龄相关性黄斑变性13例(2.22%),视网膜分支静脉阻塞4例(0.68%)。按原因分,疾病因素461例(78.80%),医疗因素34例(5.81%),患方因素87(14.87%),其他因素3例(0.51%)。结论眼科日间手术手术当日取消原因多样,应从不同角度采取有效措施,如强化眼科日间手术管理,细化患者就诊流程,提高患者健康教育效果等,以最大程度减少可控因素导致的手术取消,减少医疗资源浪费。

The reasons and countermeasures for the cancellation of day surgery in ophthalmology department

Objective To explore the reasons for the cancellation of day surgery in ophthalmic patients,and propose corresponding improvement measures,so as to reduce the cancellation rate of surgery and the waste of medical resources,and improve the quality of medical treatment.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 585 cases of temporary cancellation of day surgery in ophthalmology department from June 2018 to June 2019,and the related reasons were analyzed.Results The temporary cancellation rate of day surgery was 3.97%in ophthalmology department.According to the type of disease,there were 450 cases of cataract(76.92%),76 cases of strabismus(12.99%),25 cases of diabetic retinopathy(4.27%),17 cases of central retinal vein occlusion(2.91%),13 cases of age-related macular degeneration(2.22%)and 4 cases of retinal branch vein occlusion(0.68%).According to the causes,there were 461 cases(78.80%)of disease factors,34 cases(5.81%)of medical factors,87 cases(14.87%)of patients factors and 3 cases(0.51%)of other factors.Conclusion There are various reasons for the cancellation of day surgery in ophthalmology department.Effective measures should be taken from different angles,such as strengthening the management of ophthalmic day surgery,refining the patient treatment process,improving the effect of patient health education and so on,so as to minimize the cancellation of surgery caused by controllable factors and reduce the waste of medical resources.
