血府逐瘀汤加减治疗顽固性失眠的Meta分析

目的通过Meta分析法系统评价血府逐瘀汤加减治疗顽固性失眠的效果。方法通过检索维普(VIP)、中国知网(CNKI)、PubMed等数据库筛选纳入文献,并对纳入文献进行质量评价,再使用RevMan5.4对结局指标、不良反应事件进行Meta分析。结果纳入12篇符合标准的文献,Meta分析结果表明,试验组(血府逐瘀汤加减)的总有效率高于对照组(RR=1.25,95%CI1.18,1.34],Z=6.90,P<0.00001);与单纯西药组比较,血府逐瘀汤加减治疗更有效(RR=1.24,95%CI1.15,1.33],Z=5.54,P<0.00001);两组的不良反应发生率相当(RR=0.71,95%CI0.03,17.93],Z=0.21,P=0.83)。结论血府逐瘀汤加减治疗顽固性失眠的临床效果显著。

Meta analysis of modified Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of intractable insomnia

Objective To systematically evaluate the effect of modified Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of intractable insomnia by Meta analysis method.Methods The VIP,CNKI,PubMed and other databases were searched to screen the included literatures,and the quality of the included literatures was evaluated.Then RevMan5.4 was used for Meta analysis of outcome indexes and adverse reaction events.Results The 12 literatures meeting the standards were included.The results of Meta analysis showed that the total effective rate of the experimental group(modified Xuefu Zhuyu decoction)was higher than that of the control group(RR=1.25,95%CI1.18,1.34],Z=6.90,P<0.00001);compared with the western medicine group,modified Xuefu Zhuyu decoction was more effective(RR=1.24,95%CI1.15,1.33],Z=5.54,P<0.00001);the incidence of adverse reactions was similar between the two groups(RR=0.71,95%CI0.03,17.93],Z=0.21,P=0.83).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of modified Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of intractable insomnia is obvious.
