Observation and accuracy analysis of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of thyroid nodules

Objective:To analyze the effect and accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of thyroid nodules.Methods:158 patients with thyroid nodules treated in our hospital were selected as the observation objects in this study,and their admission time was from April 2019 to March 2020.All patients were diagnosed by clinical pathological diagnosis.According to the results of pathological diagnosis,108 cases were benign patients(benign group)and 50 cases were malignant patients(malignant group).Color Doppler ultrasound was used to diagnose the patients,and the diagnosis accuracy rate was calculated.And ultrasound performance.Results:The accuracy rate of the benign group was 96.30%,and the accuracy rate of the malignant group was 86.00%;the proportion of single numbers,the proportion of unclear borders,the proportion of calcification,and the proportion of hypoechoes in the malignant group were significantly higher than those in the benign group,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of thyroid nodules is high,and medical staff can judge the nature of the disease based on the ultrasound performance,which has the value of wide promotion and implementation.
