根因分析联合全程跟踪考核在血液科输血质量管理中的应用效果

目的探讨根因分析联合全程跟踪考核在血液科输血质量管理中的应用效果。方法选择2017年9月至2018年5月在血液科实施输血治疗的643例患者作为研究对象,按照根因分析联合全程跟踪考核实施时间将患者分为对照组(327例,2017年9月至12月)和观察组(316例,2018年1月至5月)。比较两组的输血质量管理情况、护理人员综合能力及患者的护理满意度。结果观察组的血袋返回率、血标本合格率、规范书写申请单率、核对工作规范率、输血记录单填写规范率、输血单签名清晰率均明显高于对照组,输血反应率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理人员输血护理理论、操作技能和法律法规得分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理满意度为95.89%,明显高于对照组的89.91%(P<0.05)。结论根因分析联合全程跟踪考核可以提升护理人员综合素质,降低输血反应发生率,提升输血质量。

Application effect of root cause analysis combined with whole process follow-up examination on blood transfusion quality management in hematology department

Objective To explore the application effect of root cause analysis combined with whole process follow-up examination on blood transfusion quality management in hematology department.Methods A total of 643 patients who received blood transfusion treatment in the hematology department from September 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group(327 cases,from September to December 2017)and observation group(316 cases,from January to May 2018)according to the implementation time of root cause analysis combined with whole process follow-up examination.Blood transfusion quality management,comprehensive ability of nursing staff and nursing satisfaction of patients were compared between the two groups.Results The rates of blood bag return,qualified blood samples,standard writing application from,standard checking of work,standard filling of blood transfusion record from and clear signature of blood transfusion from of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the blood transfusion reaction rate was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of blood transfusion nursing theory,operation skills and laws and regulations of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.89%,which was significantly higher than 89.91%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Root cause analysis combined with whole process follow-up examination can improve the overall diathesis of nursing staff,reduce the incidence of blood transfusion reactions,and improve the blood transfusion quality.
