Value of spiral CT and MRI in diagnosis of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma

Objective To investigate the effect of spiral CT and MRI on the diagnosis of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma.Methods 66 cases of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma treated in our hospital from December 2018 to August 2019 were divided into observation group(spiral CT diagnosis)33 cases,Control group(MRI diagnosis)33 cases.The difference of diagnostic results between the two groups was compared.Results The accuracy rates of localization diagnosis and qualitative diagnosis in the control group were 100%and 90.91%,respectively,which were significantly higher than that of the observation group(87.88%and 63.64%,respectively),with significant differences(P<0.05).At the same time,the proportion of gradeⅢdiagnostic images in the control group was significantly lower than that in the observation group(9.09%),with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion MRI method is better than spiral CT method in the diagnosis of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma,And MRI diagnostic image quality is clearer,The diagnostic accuracy is higher,Suggested promotion.
