Effect of Yijing Decoction of TCM Combined With Western Medicine on Treatment of Spanomenorrhea After Painless Induced Abortion

Objective To explore the effects of Yijing decoction of TCM plus western medicine on treatment of spanomenorrhea after painless induced abortion.Methods After painless induced abortion,80 patients with spanomenorrhea(January 2018 to December 2019)were reviewed and assigned to control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40)according to random number table.The control group took western medicine;the observation group took western medicine and Yijing decoction of TCM.Intervention effects were elucidated.Results Total effective rate in the observation group(95.00%)was significantly higher than control group(77.50%)(P<0.05);before treatment,menstrual blood volume and endometrial thickness between groups was not significantly different(P>0.05);after treatment,menstrual blood volume and endometrial thickness in the observation group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After painless induced abortion,western medicine combined with Yijing decoction of TCM can increase the treatment effects and prognosis.
