摘    要:目的 探究无痛人工流产术后月经减少采取益经汤联合西药治疗效果.方法 回顾性分析2018年1月-2019年12月期间收入无痛人工流产术后月经减少患者总计80例,按照随机数字表法分为两组各40例,对照组采取常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合益经汤,比较两组干预效果.结果 观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组77...

Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of Yijing decoction of TCM plus western medicine on treatment of spanomenorrhea after painless induced abortion.Methods After painless induced abortion,80 patients with spanomenorrhea(January 2018 to December 2019)were reviewed and assigned to control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40)according to random number table.The control group took western medicine;the observation group took western medicine and Yijing decoction of TCM.Intervention effects were elucidated.Results Total effective rate in the observation group(95.00%)was significantly higher than control group(77.50%)(P<0.05);before treatment,menstrual blood volume and endometrial thickness between groups was not significantly different(P>0.05);after treatment,menstrual blood volume and endometrial thickness in the observation group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After painless induced abortion,western medicine combined with Yijing decoction of TCM can increase the treatment effects and prognosis.
