Clinical Effect of Idebenone Combined With Nimodipine on Vascular Dementia

Objective To observe the clinical effect of combination of idebenone and nimodipine in the treatment of vascular dementia.Methods 76 patients with vascular dementia who were treated in our hospital from June 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into experimental group(n=38)and control group(n=38).The control group was treated with nimodipine,The experimental group was treated with idebenone tablet.After 3 months of treatment,MMSE,MoCA and ADL were used to evaluate the results of treatment.Results After treatment,MMSE score,MoCA score and ADL score of the two groups were significantly increased,and the increase of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group,the above differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of idebenone and nimodipine in the treatment of vascular dementia can effectively improve the cognitive function,language function and behavior function of patients,with good clinical effect.
