| Abstract: | Flow cytometry(FCM) is a technique for the quantitative analysis and sorting of single cells or other biological particles at the functional level,and has extensive scientific applications.The combination of theory with practice is important to the deep understanding and effective use of FCM in the targeted training courses for teachers.Teaching can promote scientific research,scientific research can enhance the technology level, and the advanced technology can boost technology platform construction so that a high-level technology service platform of flow cytometry can be established. |
