Clinical effect of laparoscopic radical hysterectomy and open radical hysterectomy in the treatment of cervical cancer and the feasibility of promoting the recovery of patients

Objective To compare the clinical effects of laparoscopic radical hysterectomy and open radical hysterectomy in the treatment of cervical cancer and the feasibility of promoting the recovery of patients.Methods The clinical data of 86 patients with cervical cancer treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the operation methods,the patients were divided into laparoscopic group(n=43,laparoscopic radical hysterectomy)and open group(n=43,open radical hysterectomy).The operation indexes,lymph node dissection numbers and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of the laparoscopic group was longer than that of the open group,intraoperative blood loss volume was less than that of the open group,postoperative anal exhaust time and hospitalization time were shorter than those of the open group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in indwelling catheter time between the two groups(P>0.05).The numbers of parailiac lymph nodes,femoral deep lymph nodes,obturator lymph nodes and total number of lymph node dissection in the laparoscopic group were more than those in the open group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic radical hysterectomy in the treatment of cervical cancer has a significant clinical effect,it can reduce the intraoperative blood loss volume,shorten the postoperative anal exhaust time and hospitalization time,improve the number of lymph node dissection,and which is safe and reliable.
