| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the effect of health education nursing intervention on elderly patients with chronic bronchitis.Methods 110 elderly patients with chronic bronchitis were included as subjects.They were hospitalized in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019.The patients were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group,and the health education nursing intervention and simple education were carried out respectively.The knowledge awareness rate,compliance and quality of life before and after the mission were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the disease knowledge awareness rate and treatment compliance score were higher in the intervention group.The quality of life score of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group after health education,P<0.05.Conclusion Health education nursing intervention for elderly patients with chronic bronchitis can help patients maintain a good lifestyle,effectively correct bad habits,improve treatment compliance,and improve quality of life. |
