替米沙坦联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗老年高血压患者的临床效果

目的分析替米沙坦联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗老年高血压患者的临床效果。方法选择2018年3月至2020年3月收治的104例老年高血压患者为研究对象,采用奇偶分组法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组52例。对照组采用硝苯地平缓释片治疗,观察组采用替米沙坦联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的舒张压、收缩压水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的心率均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的物质生活、躯体功能、情感职能、社会职能评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应总发生率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论替米沙坦联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗老年高血压患者能够有效降低其血压水平,改善心率指标,提高治疗效果和生活质量,且不良反应少。

Clinical effect of telmisartan combined with nifedipine sustained release tablets in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of telmisartan combined with nifedipine sustained release tablets in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 104 elderly patients with hypertension treated from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group by odd even grouping method,with 52 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nifedipine sustained release tablets,and the observation group was treated with telmisartan combined with nifedipine sustained release tablets.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the diastolic and systolic blood pressure levels of the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the heart rate of the two groups reduced,and that in the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of material life,physical function,emotional function and social function of the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Telmisartan combined with nifedipine sustained release tablets in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension can effectively reduce the blood pressure levels,improve heart rate indicators,treatment effect and quality of life,and have fewer adverse reactions.
