依达拉奉联合高压氧治疗一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病患者的效果及对智力水平的影响

摘    要:目的观察并探究依达拉奉联合高压氧治疗一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病患者的效果及对智力水平的影响。方法选取2016年4月至2019年8月我科室收治的70例一氧化碳中毒致迟发脑病患者进行研究,根据不同治疗方法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组进行高压氧治疗,观察组给予高压氧+依达拉奉治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、不良反应发生情况、智力和认知功能、MDA水平。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为91.43%,高于对照组的71.42%(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组MMSE、MoCA评分均较治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的MDA水平低于对照组及治疗前(P<0.05)。结论依达拉奉与高压氧联合治疗方法可提高一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病患者的临床效果,同时可有效改善患者的智力水平和认知功能障碍,值得推广。

Abstract:Objective To observe and explore the effect of edaravone combined with hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of delayed encephalopathy caused by carbon monoxide poisoning and its influence on intelligence level.Methods From April 2016 to August 2019,70 patients with delayed encephalopathy caused by carbon monoxide poisoning admitted in our department were selected for the study.The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen,while the observation group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen+edaravone.The clinical efficacy,the occurrence of adverse reactions,intelligence and cognitive function and MDA level of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 91.43%,which was higher than 71.42%of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the MMSE and MoCA scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the MDA level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group and before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Edaravone combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy can improve the clinical effect of patients with delayed encephalopathy caused by carbon monoxide poisoning,and effectively ameliorate the intelligence level and cognitive dysfunction of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
