氨溴索联合硫酸镁对小儿喘憋性肺炎症状指标的改善作用

目的探讨氨溴索联合硫酸镁对小儿喘憋性肺炎症状指标的改善作用,以期为该病的临床治疗与相关研究提供参考。方法选择2019年1月至2020年1月我院收治的82例憋喘性肺炎患儿,根据不同治疗方法将其分成参照组与研究组,各41例。参照组在常规治疗基础上给予硫酸镁治疗,研究组在参照组基础上加用氨溴索治疗。比较两组各症状指标改善时间、治疗前、后血气指标及临床治疗效果。结果研究组憋喘、咳嗽、体温、哮鸣音、肺部阴影改善时间均显著短于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组PaO2、PaCO2、OI比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组PaO2、OI显著高于参照组,PaCO2显著低于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗优良率显著高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氨溴索联合硫酸镁治疗憋喘性肺炎患儿,可缩短其症状指标改善时间,促进血气指标恢复,强化临床治疗效果,值得临床广泛实践与推广。

Effect of ambroxol combined with magnesium sulfate on the improvement of symptom indexes in children with asthmatic pneumonia

Objective To explore the effect of ambroxol combined with magnesium sulfate on the improvement of symptom indexes in children with asthmatic pneumonia,so as to provide reference for clinical treatment and related research of the disease.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,82 children with asthmatic pneumonia admitted in our hospital were selected and divided into reference group and study group according to different treatment methods,with 41 cases in each group.The reference group was given magnesium sulfate treatment on the basis of conventional treatment,and the study group was treated with ambroxol on the basis of the reference group.The improvement time of each symptom indexes,blood gas indexes before and after treatment and clinical treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results The improvement time of breath-holding,coughing,body temperature,wheezing sound and lung shadow in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in PaO2,PaCO2 and OI between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,PaO2 and OI of the study group were significantly higher than those of the reference group,while PaCO2 was significantly lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ambroxol combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of children with asthmatic pneumonia can shorten the improvement time of symptoms,promote the recovery of blood gas indexes,and strengthen the clinical treatment effect,which is worthy of extensive clinical practice and promotion.
