基于知信行理念健康宣教结合激励式护理干预对大面积烧伤患者心理弹性及病耻感的影响

目的探讨基于知信行理念健康宣教结合激励式护理干预在大面积烧伤患者中的应用效果。方法选择2019年1月至2020年1月住院治疗的90例大面积烧伤患者,采用随机抽签法将其分为对照组(n=45,常规护理)和观察组(n=45,基于知信行理念健康宣教结合激励式护理干预)。比较两组患者干预前、后的认知水平、心理弹性、病耻感及生活质量评分。结果干预后,两组认知水平各维度评分及心理弹性各维度评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组病耻感评分均降低,WHOQOL-BREF评分均升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于知信行理念健康宣教结合激励式护理干预可提高大面积烧伤患者的认知水平及心理弹性,减少病耻感,提高其生活质量。

Influences of health education based on the concept of knowledge,belief and behavior combined with incentive nursing intervention on psychological resilience and stigma of patients with extensive burn

Objective To explore the application effect of health education based on the concept of knowledge,belief and behavior combined with incentive nursing intervention in patients with extensive burn.Methods Ninety patients with extensive burn who were hospitalized from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and divided into control group(n=45,routine nursing)and observation group(n=45,health education based on the concept of knowledge,belief and behavior combined with incentive nursing intervention)according to the random lot method.The scores of cognitive level,psychological resilience,stigma and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the scores of each dimension of cognitive level and psychological resilience of the two groups increased,and those of the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the stigma score of the two groups decreased,the WHOQOL-BREF score increased,and those of the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education based on the concept of knowledge,belief and behavior combined with incentive nursing intervention can improve the cognitive level and psychological resilience of patients with extensive burn,reduce the stigma,and improve their quality of life.
