Effect of clinical pathway nursing on nursing quality of patients undergoing acute appendicitis operation

Objective:To analyze the specific effect of clinical pathway nursing in patients with acute appendicitis in the process of surgical treatment.Methods:A total of 80 patients with acute appendicitis were selected from the hospital from January 2019 to April 2020.They were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care during the operation,while the observation group was given nursing according to the clinical pathway.Results:combined with the operation time,postoperative complications,hospitalization time,nursing satisfaction and psychological state of patients in the two groups,the observation group had advantages(P<0.05).Conclusion:for patients with acute appendicitis surgery,clinical pathway nursing can effectively improve the clinical effect of this part of patients and help patients recover.
