伐昔洛韦片联合复方黄柏液湿敷治疗带状疱疹的临床效果

目的探讨伐昔洛韦片联合复方黄柏液湿敷治疗带状疱疹的临床效果。方法选择82例带状疱疹患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组41例。对照组行伐昔洛韦片治疗,观察组行伐昔洛韦片联合复方黄柏液湿敷治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组带状疱疹皮疹评分以及VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组IL-2、IL-6、IL-8及PGE2水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的临床治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论伐昔洛韦片联合复方黄柏液湿敷治疗带状疱疹效果确切,可有效改善患者临床症状,促进患者尽快康复,值得临床推广。

Clinical effect of valaciclovir tablets combined with moisten compress of compound phellodendron solution in the treatment of herpes zoster

Objective To explore the clinical effect of valaciclovir tablets combined with moisten compress of compound phellodendron solution in the treatment of herpes zoster.Methods A total of 82 patients with herpes zoster were selected as study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with valacyclovir tablets,and the observation group was treated with valacyclovir tablets combined with moisten compress of compound phellodendron solution.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of herpes zoster rash and VAS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of IL-2,IL-6,IL-8 and PGE2 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Valaciclovir tablets combined with moisten compress of compound phellodendron solution in the treatment of herpes zoster has a definite effect,it can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,promote the recovery of patients as soon as possible,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
