血管内皮生长因子在子宫内膜异位症的表达及其意义

摘    要:目的 :检测血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)在子宫内膜异位症 (EM)中的表达 ,探讨与EM发病机制的关系。方法 :采用免疫组化SP法测定VEGF在内膜组织中的表达情况 ,并用组织学评分对实验结果进行半定量统计 ,比较其表达强度。结果 :VEGF在三组内膜的腺体及间质细胞中均有表达 ,主要定位于细胞浆。EM患者的VEGF在异位内膜组和正常对照组均无周期性变化 ,而在EM患者的在位内膜中VEGF的表达强度分泌期比增生期明显增强 ,在月经周期中呈周期性变化。结论 :VEGF为促进血管生成的重要细胞因子 ,血管生成是EM发生发展中的一个重要环节。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and its role in the pathogenesis of endometriosis.Methods: Immunohistochemical method was used to examine the VEGF protein expression in the specimens of 38 cases with ectopic endometrium,35 cases with eutopic endometrium and 37 cases with normal endometrium.Histological score was employed to semi-quantify the results. Results: The expression of VEGF in ectopic and eutopic endometrium was significantly higher than that in normal endometrium(P<0.05).Compared with eutopic endometrium,the expression of VEGF in ectopic endometrium showed no significance(P>0.05). No cyclic variation was observed in ectopic and normal endometrium .However,VEGF content was found to be higher in eutopic endometrium during secretory phase than that during proliferative phase .Conclusion: The pathogenesis and development of endometriosis possibly depend on internal angiogenesis .Thus,VEGF may play an important role in the pathogenesis of endometriosis.
