| 摘 要： | 以高温、ＬｉＣｌ、ＬｉＣｌ＋ＵＶ、甲胺＋ＵＶ、吖啶橙等理化诱变剂对玫瑰降红色小单孢菌Ｍ－９０进行诱变育种。高温、ＬｉＣｌ＋ＵＶ、甲胺＋ＵＶ、吖啶橙处理后都得到了高产菌株。其中以高温、ＬｉＣｌ＋ＵＶ效果最好。经过复筛与传代，得到了具有遗传稳定性的高产菌株，且发酵液中非活性组分较出发菌株减少。

| Abstract: | This paper reported mutation breeding of Micromonospora roseorubra M-90 with high-temperature,LiCl,LiCl UV,methylamine UV and acriding orange.The results showed that high-yielding mutants were obtained by the treatments or all these mutagens.It was found that high-temperature and LiCl UV were the better mutagens than the others.After rescreening and reproductions,it is indicated that these high-yielding mutants have inheritable stability and the inactive components are reduced compared with the NS strain. |
