脑出血血肿扩大与肾功能及血压相关性的临床研究

目的:探讨脑出血血肿扩大的发生与入院时肾功能及血压的相关性。方法:回顾性分析,将76例脑出血患者按照Brott的标准分为血肿扩大组与非血肿扩大组,统计分析入院时肾功能及血压与血肿扩大的发生的相关性情况。结果:脑出血血肿扩大的发生与入院时肾功能和舒张压具有显著相关性(P<0.01),而与入院时收缩压无显著相关性。结论:对肾功能明显异常、舒张压>110mmHg的脑出血患者要警惕血肿扩大的发生,并采取积极治疗措施,改善患者的预后。

Relationship among Enlargement of Acute Hypertensive Intracerebral Hematoma,Renal Function and Blood Pressure during Hospitalization

Objective:Enlargement of acute hypertensive intracerebral hematoma and it's relations with the renal function and blood pressure of patients during hospitalization have been retrospectively studies.Methods:Data of 76 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage were reviewed retrospectively.All patients were divided into two groups according to Brott's diagnostic criteria.Results:Statistical analysis showed that enlargement of the hematoma had significant relations to renal function(P<0.01)and to diastolic blood pressure(P<0.01)of the patients when admitted,rather than to systolic blood pressure of the patients(P>0.05).Conclusion:The disordered renal functions and the diastolic blood pressure over 110 mg of the patients with acute hypertensive intracerebral hematoma may be the risk factors of enlargement of the hematoma.Proper measures should be taken to control the risk factors to reduce the occurrence of hematoma enlargement.
