音乐疗法对心血管病患者介入治疗效果的影响

目的探讨音乐疗法对心血管患者介入治疗的辅助效果。方法82例行心血管病介入治疗的患者随机分为观察组44例和对照组38例，观察组实行个体音乐疗法干预，对照组实行治疗常规护理。结果观察组患者心率、呼吸、血压及血氧饱和度与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05或0．01）。观察组病情稳定时间、监护时间及住院时间较对照组缩短（P〈0．05或0．01）。结论实施音乐疗法干预，可降低患者焦虑水平，有效促进心理、生理活动调节，缩短了住院时间。

Effect of music intervention on the treatment of patients with cardiovascular disease

Objective To explore the assistant clinical effects of the music intervention on cardiovascular disease. Methods 82 patients with cardiovascular disease were randomly divided into the observation group (44 cases) and control group (38 cases). The observation group was treated with individual music therapy intervention;the contrast group was treated with conventional nursing. Results Heart rate, respiration, blood pressure and oxygen saturation of observation group were significantly different from those of control group ( P ＜0.05 or 0.01 ). The time of stable condition, ICU and hospital stay in observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P ＜0.05 or 0.01 ). Conclusions The music therapy intervention could reduce the patients'anxiety, promote psychological and physiological adjustment, and shorten hospital stay.
