| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨小儿真空负压静脉穿刺采血法的应用。方法：选择1492例婴幼儿，随机分成真空负压静脉穿刺采血组和传统的小儿静脉采血组（注射器抽吸采血法），观察这两种方法的采血效果。结果：真空负压静脉穿刺采血组成功率较传统的小儿静脉采血组（注射器抽吸采血法）明显升高，具有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论：真空负压静脉穿刺采血法是一种既安全可靠、又方便易行的采血技术，而且婴幼儿易配合、家长易接受。
