| 摘 要： | 将106例维持性血液透析患者随机分成缬沙坦治疗组和非缬沙坦治疗组,将53例健康者作为正常对照组.治疗前及治疗6个月后,ELISA法检测血IL-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α、抵抗素和高敏C反应蛋白水平.缬沙坦组患者血清IL-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α、C反应蛋白和抵抗素水平在服用缬沙坦后下降.

| Abstract: | In total, 106 patients with maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) were divided into two groups based on their valsartan administration, and 53 healthy controls were recruited in the study. Plasma concentrations of interleukin-6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α), resistin and high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) before and after valsartan treatment. Plasma levels of resistin, IL-6, TNF-α and hs-CRP were all significantly increased in patients with MHD as compared to those in healthy controls (P＜0. 05). Among patients with MHD the plasma levels of resistin, IL-6 and hs-CRP in valsartan group were lower than those in non-valsartan group (P＜0. 05). |
