摘    要:目的:探讨磁处理白对小鼠脑、肝脏、心脏和肾脏中NO含量的影响。方法:采用重氮化反应法。结论磁酒组小鼠脑奖浆中NO含量明显低于白酒组,白酒组脑匀浆NO含量明显高于对照组,磁酒组和白酒组小鼠肝匀浆NO含量明显低于对照组,小鼠心匀浆和肾匀浆NO含量三绷间差异均无统计意义。结论:磁酒对小鼠脑和肝脏的NO含量有一定影响。

Abstract:Objective: To probe into the effect of magnetized liquor on the contents of Nitric Oxide in the brain,liver,heart and kidney of mice Methods:Griess reaction is used Results:Nitric Oxide content in the brain homogenate of the mice from the group of magnetized lipuor is notably lower than that in the group of liquor(P<0 05),and Nitric Oxide content in the brain homogenate in liquor group is markedly higher than that in the control group(P<0 05),The content of NO in the liver homogenate of mice from magnetized liquor group and liquor group is remarkable lower than that from control group (P<0 05) The difference in the NO content of heart and kidney homogenate has no significance in statistics among the three groups Conclusion:Magnetized liquor has some effect on Nitric Oxide content in the brain and liver of miceEffect
