| 摘 要： | 目的探讨原发性甲状腺功能亢进症(简称甲亢)合并甲状腺癌的临床关系及诊断与治疗。方法回顾性分析我院1998年1月至2008年12月期间手术治疗的15例原发性甲亢合并甲状腺癌的临床资料,结合文献进行分析。结果本组15例均顺利恢复出院,原发性甲亢合并甲状腺癌发病率为2.56%(15/585),5例发生甲状腺结节;15例均施行了手术治疗,术后均无手术并发症发生;均获得随访,随访时间为9个月～10年,平均5.5年,均未发现甲亢或甲状腺癌复发或转移病例。结论原发性甲亢合并甲状腺癌术前诊断困难,多数靠术后病理诊断,合理的手术治疗效果较好,预后良好。
